1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for business and professional audiences seeking information about CSI’s ruggedized charging and storage solutions, including the DOCK-CORE and ARMORCORE product lines. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data from the Site by automated means, or use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
2. Informational Purposes; No Offer
Content on the Site — including product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing references — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Quotes, proposals, and orders are governed exclusively by the written terms agreed between CSI and the customer, and in the case of government customers, by the terms of the applicable contract, purchase order, or schedule. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed agreement or government contract, the signed agreement or contract controls.
3. Submissions Through the Site
Information submitted through our forms (including “Get a Quote” and “Talk to Engineering”) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your organization.
Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or other sensitive government information through the Site. If your inquiry involves controlled information, contact us first so we can establish an appropriate secure channel.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, page designs, and downloadable materials — is the property of CSI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Charge Solutions Inc.,” “DOCK-CORE,” “ARMORCORE,” and CSI’s taglines and logos are trademarks of Charge Solutions Inc. Third-party product names, brands, and logos referenced on the Site — including products manufactured by CSI on an OEM basis for partner brands — are the trademarks of their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply that CSI is the seller of record for those partner-branded products or that any endorsement exists beyond the manufacturing or partner relationship described.
You may view, download, and print Site content for your internal business evaluation of CSI’s products and services. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without CSI’s prior written permission.
5. Export Control
CSI’s products and technical information may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any product, technical data, or documentation obtained from CSI in violation of applicable export control laws, and you represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any party in, a country or on a restricted-party list subject to U.S. embargo or sanctions.

CSI does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CSI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete, current, or accurate. Nothing in this section limits any product warranty expressly provided in a signed agreement between CSI and a customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. CSI’s total liability arising out of use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies to Site use only and does not modify the liability terms of any signed product or service agreement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights of the U.S. Government under applicable federal law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
